Payment information: how do I pay for my trip? You can pay for the selected trips by cash in our office personally, or by bank transfer. Always makesurethat the transfer can be identified (ie when travelling, the reservation code must appear int he comment section), and keep a copy of the transfer!

How can I schedule paying my trip?

If buying only airticket, payment applies of the full price.

In case of package (airticket, hotel or car) 40% of full price has to be paid when applying.   The remaningpart has to be paid at least 30 days prior departure, without any furter notice, except when the contract declares an earlier time limit. If application is less, than 30 days before departure, the whole price must be paidto TENSI’s account.

 

When do I receive the final invoice of the trip?

In case buying only airticket, we issue the invoice after payment is done.

In case of package, according to the law we issue the final invoice within fifteen days after the ned of the trip. Before the trip, we can issue proforma invoices of your payments.

Processing and storing personal data:

Tensi Tours Kft stores your personal data in our own system, and use only for the above described purposes. We take care of your personal data’s security, we do our best to prevent them from unauthorized acces, change, disclosure, deletion, injury or annihilation. We ensure you that, your personal data will not be used for any other puropose, except for, if you have the express consent for that.


TENSI gives you the opportunity to ask for information about your data any time, also you can ask for changes in your data, or deletion.

You can withdraw your consent statement any time without restriction or justification. In that case, your name and all your personal data must be immediately deleted from paragraph (5), and you cannot receive more adverts in the way specified in paragraph (1). 

What information are needed to make an airticket reservation?

Airtickets

  • Our office proecesses reservation always according to the client’s requests. The passengernames in the reservation must be same a sin passport. So, please, alwaysgive the correct, full name just like in your passport. If there is any mismatch,please notify our office immediately. 

  • Since 06NOV 2006 for flights departing from EU airports, new safety regulations exist on hand luggage, no matter what the destination airports are. The new rules are emphacized on liquidswhich passengers can carry on board, and the maximum measures of the hand luggage. Please ask for our detailed information, or visit the website ofLiszt Ferenc Airport (www.bud.hu).

 

  • The airlines define themselves the maximum measures and weight of hand luggage. Please ask for the rules of the airline carríing you in our office or on the website of the earline. 

  • Seat assignment on the aircraft and passengers traveling together sitting next to each other cannot be granted by our office. Please ask for that at check-in. 

  • In case of group travel, the airtickets are booked in economy class in all cases. Higher classes are available on request for an additional charge.
     

  • According to IATA rules, the airlines are responsible for schedule changes, delays, damage or loss of baggage.

  • Airlines charge a minimal fee and airport taxes for infants (0-2 years), still, infants do not receive an extra seat on the plane (they travel ont he parent’s lap).

 

Hotels

  • Some of the hotels can ask for cash deposit, or creditcard guarantee which will be returned to the guest after leaving the room undamaged. 

  • The division of accomodations correspond to the local, official national categories (stars next to the hotelnames). The local classification does not always correspond to classification in our own country. The difference of categories can be found int he accomodatino descriptions. Tensi gives an own classification based on our own country’s classification. The little „+” sign after the stars shows that the hotel offers more than it can be excepted from the given category.  

  • In pre- and off-seasons, some of the hotel facilities, restaurants, services or entertainmentopportunities do not operate in full. 

  • In some hotels, in pre- or off-seasons there can be youth groups, which can occasionally disturb the peace of other guests.

  • Int he tourist zones and ont he beaches even in high-season there can be hotel, restaurant and other constructino projects due to increasing demands of tourism, which can disturb vacation. 

  • In accordance with international practice, the hotel rooms can be occupied from 14.00-15.00 on the day of arrival, and have to be left until 10.00-11.00 on the day of leaving. The partments can beoccupied on the day of arrival in the time specified in advance. If arriving late, please inform the place or our office representative (phone number on the travel dokuments). In case of late arrivel, the key-transfer is not guaranteed. 

  • At the location of hotel we state the distance of the main entrance or main building and the beach.  

  • The possible local costs of chilrden below 2 (infants) have to be paid by the guest ont he spot (ie baby bed, babysitting etc). Children above2 receiving free accomodation, in some cases have to pay for the supply. 

  • Placing child under 12 on an extra bed is usually available on a discounted rate. The child’s age appropriate discount price indicated int he Tensi catalog can be used up to the according age, if the child has reached the specified age, it can not. Defining the child’s age, the child’s age at requesting the trip is not the authoritative, but his or her age at beginning of the trip. 

  • Sometimes pets are not allowed in restaurtans or common rooms or beaches. Please ask your veterinarian about the terms and conditions of taking your pet abroad! 

  • Int he car parks or garages it can happen (depending ont he hotel’s occupancy) that parking opportunities are limited, so we cannot guarantee your park place. If a hotel-apartman has an own carpark, only one parking place per room6apartman can be occupied. 

  • During highseason the might be power or water outages.In order to avoid outages, we kindly ask you not to use simultaneously several electric devices (usually 3kW per apartman is the current). Some hotels supply heatingandhot water usingsolar power, so it can happen, that there is only lukewarm water.

 

  • There are dance bands playing in the most hotel bars or terraces until midnight, which involve a large hustle and bustle. 

  • In some EU countries, smoking is forbidden in public places, so in the hotels, restaurants, bars and discos it is only allowed to smoke at a designated place. More information abuot smoking in public places: http://hu.help-eu.com.


Rooms

 

  • Pics of roomsandapartmans int he Tensi catalog: they are only informative, they are not always showing the exact room you have booked. the same Szoba, illetve apartman képek a Tensi katalógusokban: tájékoztató jellegűek, nem minden esetben egyezik meg a ténylegesen biztosított szoba képe a fotón szereplő szoba képével. The given square figures represent the approximate size, the patio and balcony defnitions (due to their size) vary by country.  

  • Single room: a hotelroom type, which can be booked for an additional payment. in international practice, singleaccomodation can also be in a double or more bedroom as well, depending on occupancy. Our office is happy to receive association requests, but can not guarantee to undertake. In case of single occupancy our office can not waive the singleroom additional payment.  

  • Extra bed: usually a couch or bed rather for children, that is smakker than an average bed, and does not give the comfort of a normal bed. Rooms equipped with an extra bed are often the same size as normal rooms, so they cannot give the same comfort as a normal room without an extra bed! The triple or quadruple rooms are sometimes one airspace, or a doubleroom with an extra bed, so they are nota s comfortable as normal rooms. Some hotels give a bunk bed as an extra bed for two parents with two children. 

  • In case ofapartmans, maximum allowed number cannot be exceeded even if having an infant – the infant counts a „full person as” well.  

  • The layout of rooms within the category is always done by the hotel/apartman, we as a travel agency have no influence ont hat (we can forward the wishes to the hotel, but cannot guarantee their performance). 

  • We cannot take guarantee for free services (ie. ground floor, room closer to beach or seaview etc). We can forward the wishes to the hotel, but cannot guarantee their performance. 

  • In some cases, natural features can behinder the view of seaview or pool-view rooms.  

  • The roomsafe use of terms are provided by the hotel. Sometimes the room safe and the minibar is NOT free even in the all inclusive hotels.  

  • In te decsription of studios or apartmans the stove, except if there is a specific sign for it, does not ave an oven.

 

  • Due to energy-saving, aircondition of hotels can be periodic, centrally regulated by the hotel. 

  • Using apartmans, even if we provide te departure cleaing, please do not leave behind dirty dishes and cutlery! 

  • In most cases, bathrooms are incorporated with the toilet, somtimes shower does not have a showertray. 

  • The fridge is rather small in the apartmans, the deep-fridge does not have an extra door, so it is not suitable for storing frozen food.  

  • Kitchen of apartmans are only equipped with the most basic equipment. 

  • Apartmans’ equipment differ from hotels’ equipemtn, so in most cases they do not have a soap, shower gel, shampoo, laundry detergent, dish soap, toilet paper and towels, those have to be provided on passengers’ own.


All inclusive

  • All inclusive board varies by each hotel offering it (including sport and wellness opportunities as well). Please ask for detailed information all inclusive board of your hotel in our office, or at our guide, or see the informatino sheet in your hotelroom. Hotels have the right to change their all inclusive plan and the range of products and services available even during season. 

  • In case of all inclusive hotels, the free main meals can only be taken in the restaurant designated by the hotel. The other restaurants of the hotel require pre-booking and additional payment.  

  • Children animation: some hotels provide that only if an appropriate number of chidren is there. In pre- and off-season that service is not always available.

Meals

  • Halfboard means breakfast and dinner. If not mentioned different, the price of dinner includes only the meal, the drinks have to be paid for in most cases. 

  • The choice and quality of buffet-dish depends on the hotel’s category and local tradition. Occasionally, queues ca noccuer at the buffet tables! 

  • In pre- and off-seasons and depengins onte decision of each hotel, buffet dishes can be substituted by menu selection. 

  • Only one kind of suplly can be booked within one reservation/room. 

  • Young people beyond 18 do not serve alcohol (not even if All Inclusive)


Swimming pool and beach service

  • Hotels usually operate their pools only in good weater for swimmig. In pre- or off-season hotels having more pools may operate only some of them.  

  • In countries where hotels can not have an own coastline on the beach, sunbeds and parasols on the beach have to be paid for, even nif the hotel is direct ont he beach.

 

Before the trip

You can travel to the EU countris with a valid passport orv alig old or new type of ID card. Underage Hungarian citizens must have valid passports to travel abroad, not an ID card. Non-EU countries require a passport which is valid fore more than six months after leaving their counry. Entry regulations by countries: www.kulugyminiszterium.hu.
